Project inquiries

What the inquiry chat collects and what it is used for.

• Collected: email, what you want built, name or company (optional)
• Used for: confirming the inquiry and replying
• Kept: one year after the reply. Ask and it is deleted right away.
• Stored: the inquiry is emailed and stays in the owner’s mailbox (Gmail).

Nothing is required, but without an email there is no way to reply.

Site visits

• Cloudflare Web Analytics: visit counts, referrers, device type. No cookies.
• Download counts: which file was downloaded how many times, and the country. No IP addresses, no cookies.

The Proti app

• It collects no personal information and sends none.
• The typing reaction counts key presses only. It never reads or stores which keys you press.
• To check for a new version it downloads one version file from proteusfactory.com. No device or usage information is sent.
• Connecting an AI tool happens only when you press connect in the settings window; it adds a notification hook to that tool’s settings file. Proti receives only the session title and outcome, never your conversation, and none of it leaves your computer.
• With weather notices on, the coordinates of the city you picked go to the weather service (Open-Meteo) to get the weather and air quality. It never uses location permission.
